... The one that says 'London, Paris, Milan New York'.

We found a lovely local lady who showed us the Metro station and the way we needed to head. WE decided to walk for a bit, found the Hilton Hotel and grabbed a concierge and a map, and then walked much more confidently towards the Lima train station. Along the way, we found a bakery and purchased cannolis and bread.

... at Bellagio. Just the most spectacular hour of flying you can imagine.... Then headed to private KONG airfield, just south of nearby Lecco.
Getting from there back to Pognana, half between Como and Bellagio to where I was staying turned into an afternoon of fun involving autombiles and trains, and only just made it to the villa in time before Anne arrived from Australia via Milan.

... s first restaurant dinner in Italy where we enjoyed some, as always, delicious pasta. The training has been going really well so far. ... we should sit, we were told to go to the first carriage. Peter and I hadn't got our "system" for getting our bags onto trains "down pat" at this early stage of our travels, so when we hesitated, one young man took this opportunity to grab my large suitcase and put it on the train for us!!!
