... was to present the "Sounds of Austria." There were 3 singers and a pianist. They performed operatic pieces in costume. There was some required solo audience participation. I was glad that we had picked seats far enough away that neither of us was chosen. Since I am not fond of opera, I lasted through the first hour or so and left to do my eye drops. Evelyn said that they got to the part that I was waiting for just after I left. They sang several songs from the "Sound of Music." Oh ...
