Had a lot of fun as Ichiro and one of the China CCTV host or dancer guy lead the group to mass dance.... I took the chance to do some good workout!!

After the opening general session which is splitted into 2 this year, we gathered at the Manhattan's Grill to have dinner together, where Angela treated us to white and red ...

... other weird gizmos. Given our limited time we only managed to visit St Mark's Basilica which unfortunately had a sizeable amount of the building under restoration and hired a traditional taxi for 35mins for our own tour of the canals. The rest of the time we spent exploring, or sitting in the square watching the world go by......and shopping as it is a lady's paradise with the exquisite Murano glass ...

... As with the rest of the cities we have visited; lots of tourist trinkets and a few nice stores. We oohed and aahed at the Doge's Palace, St Marks Basilica (more mosaics, a bunch of beautiful horses), the Scuolo Grande of Saint Roch which has Tinteretto's masterpieces.

We are on a train heading for Munich and then the overnight train to Budapest. We have been gone 44 days and have spent a month in ...
