... pizza covered with 5 different kinds of pork and sour cream! We also tried the darker version of Skopske beer, which ironically was called “Skopske silver.” We also ordered another Shopska salad because the first was so delicious (tomato and cucumber with cheese).

After a leisurely dinner, we trekked back up to the villa to do another load of laundry and enjoy the view. The showers were spectacular—clean ...

... the west of the country with the Albanian influence there are more mosques. Should have had an extra java today.

'Hello' is zdravo; 'thank you', fala. See if I can master those two words. The sun crept out after 0930. In a town called Gostivar, there was first a bus graveyard and then one for humans. Ohrid - In Macedonia ( Norm - not the real Macedonia!) situated on a huge lake, it's quite a pretty place, very historic and has a quaint old town centre. It's unfortunate that we are staying a little bit out of the town centre, as it has a number of good looking restaurants and bars. Also has a long avenue of touristy type shops and after doing the church ...

... around 6:30. Especially since we didn't have the life vests.

I wasn't sure I would go out to dinner since I have so much food left but decided to go. We ate at a place with a table right on the lake. I had stuffed peppers and Macedonian red wine and both were good. I am cutting this short here because there isn't much more of interest and I need to wash my hair before going to bed to get up early again to leave for Albania tomorrow.
