... ve seen on Cres! Then we rode over the bridge (a 20m bridge; the channel was man made to control the movement of people from the north to the south in the roman times) to a town Nerezine. These two towns are much bigger (still very small though!) than the towns we visited yesterday. We got back to Percy around 2pm, did a clean up then had lunch of fruit and yoghurt in ...

Windiest night ever. Worst sleep. It was like sleeping on one of those bucking Bulls. Poor Percy was getting thrown around everywhere in the wind. The day started by extracting sea urchin spikes from Mats feet! Too much fun at the beach yesterday :) We headed to Valun, a cute town, much more modern than Lubenice, right in the water. A cute little spot! Then we drove to Ustrine. We hiked down to the beach and had lunch on the rocks near some old ruins. Then we went to the ...

... ride to Cres. Once we landed we drove through Cres town to Orlec, and then down to Mali Bok beach. There was another van there too! We had to park on quite an angle! After cooking up a storm for dinner we walked down to the beach. It was a long way down! We weren't overly excited about what we saw - we're too spoilt in Australia! Although it was very dark; we'll try again tomorrow. We found a great spot for some stargazing before heading to ...

The best small streets in croatia

Big bus trip to three different places. Porec was nice - I had a toasted ham and cheese sandwich - served on a plate with a silver thing over the top (what are they called?

Drive to Rovinj - was an island then became joined - won some competition as most photogenic town in the universe.
Lots of narrow streets with slippery steps.

Old Roman amphitheatre as old as colleseum in ...
