... 8 km to ride. We arrived about 2 hours later. All good. Apart from Stef nearly dying (or so she claims)... From now on, the next 50 km were pure speeds in the upper 50's, nice corners, everything nice.

Just a minor nuisance.....tunnels.
The tunnels showed us how different expectations can alter the experience a lot. Stef thought that the tunnels were the most difficult and dangerous ...

... the funicular up to the top, Muottas Muragl, 2456 metres. Coffee and a walk to the lookout, with great panoramas, back on the funicular then a bus back to St Moritz. All the transport was free, on presentation of the pass. Off to the pub for the Scotland vs Sth Africa game, dinner then the first half of Aust vs England, leaving at half time to watch the rest in our room at the hotel. On 9/26 we again deviated from our original plans in order to travel back Guarda to see the festivities involved in bringing the cows down to lower pastures for the winter.
