      ... for 7am. Empty dishwasher, set table for breakfast, pastries into the oven, serve breakfast, cooked as required, clean up, make a cake, clean communal areas, clean rooms, make beds, prep dinner, have lunch, maybe go for a ski or a walk for a few hours then back to cook dinner, clean up, head off to bed between 9pm and midnight depending on the goings on in the Chalet.       ... seen in books. They were amazing to see in real life. Leo was fascinated by the floor which had been moulded to look like gigers biomechanics work, and Doug enjoyed the adults only section. I contemplated if I could fit a life size alien replica under my jacket, but alas it was too big and I wasn't allowed to take photos either. The museum now done it was time to head back to montreax to find dinner, supplies and get ready for a full day of travel ...

      ... even attempted a little yodeling haha. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see any Marmotts besides one that was in one of the enclosures. It was just an amazing experience to be so high up amongst the mountains, unlike anything we have ever done before.

      After leaving Rochers de Naye, we took the train back to Montreux and walked along the lake to Chillion Castle. It was a bit too late to go inside so we just strolled past and took some photos, so very beautiful. ...

      ... balconies, beautiful wildflowers & easy walking wth wondeful views of the snow mountains.  Refuge Bethone was crowded, but some of us had a good room with our own bunk & a bathroom!!! Dinner was very communal, lots of pasta, bread & wine. Julie & I had to stop twice on the way back from the dinner hut to our hut. A very social night ...
