    We had an easy trip from Patras to Brindisi, sailing time 17 hours. We chose not to take a cabin, an just as well we didn't. Most of the ship was full of trucks and drivers and the cabins were shared cabins!
    The rest of the public areas were quiet and we were able to find flat couches each in a alcove. We took food on board, just as well as the stuff in the café ...

    Our last day in Italy......for a while!

    Today we're off to Brindisi and decide to travel via Lecce which we have learned is another fabulous old town......and it is!

    ... as the "white city", the old town is cute - lots of small streets and passages to explore. We had lunch in the main square and then headed back to the Trullo.
