Everything in Monaco feels spotless and well-maintained. I guess that just comes with being the destination for the super rich. We had only a short time to look around so who knows if that extends to the entire country.

The Carrefour’s is the biggest supermarket I have ever been
to. Think the Warehouse and our big supermarkets combined and then “king sized”
to cover 8 to 10 football fields! Having purchased the necessary baguettes,
pate, cheese, etc for dinner and some breakfast things, that finished our first
full day in France.
Our first stop this morning was the hilltop town of Saint Paul Da Vaunce. A beautiful medieval town with narrow, uneven, cobbled streets. Surprise, an at sea day! So, we got the word at dinner last night that a storm was headed to Nice and the port authority closed the port.
