... go leaving all the climbs behind and getting ready to set off for Paris.

So here we are in our Paris apartment in the first arrondissement, a stone's throw from the Louvre.

Tomorrow we will find a place to watch the finish of the TDF and the womens race in the arvo Beforehand we will wander the streets for a bit and decide on what are our must sees.

... was lucky enough when two of the riders at the same time tossed their bidons next to me. I nabbed a Moviestar and Lotto Belisol complete with half used liquid, bargain! The Lotto one seemed to have orange Powerade in it and the Moviestar just plain water.

You can really see the difference between those feeling good on the climbs and those struggling. Some are really going up slowly ...

Today is another big day for the Tour de France. The riders make their way up the Col du Tourmelet, then onto the hautacam. We woke early once again, breakfast with Jean Jacques.
