I sang to that crown of drunken Greeks like I was playing Madison Square. They ate it all up! Not only did I know the words, but I knew the tempo, the melody, and how to pronounce the word baby like an American. That’s basically all it took. I finished my “set” and ...

... way through before falling prey to our weariness and we just skimmed over the next half.

We headed back to the hostel and as Briony stayed in the foyer for some wifi and I ventured upstairs to grab the computer I was greeted by old mate from his adventures this morning. He decided to go into long detail about the previous night and morning even going as far as showing me a photo of this girl. He had other ah lets say trophies he tried to show me too ...

... home of the first Olympics. After powering through on very limited sleep we had managed to see a lot of the sights of Athens so it was time to rest up for the next day! It was set to be another scorcher of a day so we packed a picnic and headed to the national park. We avoided the heat of the sun sat under the shade of the trees playing cards. That evening we set out to explore Athens at night. A girl we'd met in Crete had recommended a couple of bar/restaurant ...
