... I hope we didn't rip her off because she was so lovely. This little Greek grandma spent ages trying to tell us to give her a good trip advisor rating if we were happy with the place. And she was such a cutie I definitely will do this later. The place was beautiful, cheap, next to the supermarket and bus station, it had a pool, they serviced our room each day and she gave us a gift (a little candle) when we checked out. She then got in the mini bus to transfer us onwards! We ...

We were able to enjoy our last morning in Athens for a while before embarking on the Celebrity Equinox cruise ship for the next week. He also told us we were lucky ...

... seen on post cards. It is a city high up on the rim of a volcanic crater. The classic pictures of white buildings and blue roofs is a myth as there are only two of these buildings. It's just that all the post card pictures seem to have been taken from the same location. Now I am back in Athens ready to head out to London tomorrow. Greece is a beautiful country with an incredible history. Sorry for the boring story line but I was just updating the blog as we stopped for my info and as a memory ...

AMBIENCE: The entrance is small, but you feel a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere the moment you step in. Due to the festive season the lobby was beautifully decorated. There are several spots to unwind both on the ground floor by the small bar, as well as up on the terrace.

LOBBY BAR: Guests can enjoy their beverage or cocktail and unwind in the relaxing and most inviting superb lobby lounge. Modern and comfortable ...
