    ... s son that he declared would be the "King of Rome" (well, then there was Waterloo and we all know what happened). Other rooms contained religious relics, regalia of the Holy Roman Emperor; but Deb's favourite was the Hapsburg jewels, pendants, earrings and of course the 2,680 carat Emerald unction box, the 495 carat aquamarine and the Hungarian opals.     ... it tasted like . . . pork! We then went for a walk through the woods to a tower which had a lovely 360 degree view over the city and all the surrounding countryside. We should have figured out that this meant we would be going up. We walked uphill for a long time! We probably covered at least 10 kilometers today.     ... The highlight of this was having the music tour group in the audience just like us, and hearing a same piece of music being played that the our kids had also performed. Whilst the Orchestra was clearly better, all we can say is our kids are incredible and did good! We doubt these kids will appreciate how well they did, or how incredibly lucky they have been to have played in this venue - truly a once in a life time ...

    Would I come back here again? 150% yes!! I have to go back to see what Vienna has in store. You know, I'd actually completely forgotten The Third Man was filmed there. I want to go on that Ferris Wheel- it still runs today! And I would like to see more of western Austria and Salzburg in the summer.
