I have been trying to eat the delicacies specific to the country we may be in at that time just so I can remember for future...most of eastern Europe have relatively similar dishes (Poland, Czech, Vienna and Hungary so far) they love their heavier dishes even through the summer- stews/sausages/different hot meat dishes...all I'd consider winter food they still eat through the warmer periods...not ...
