... 2000 Jahre alten buddhistischen Tempelanlagen von Sanchi. Morgen geht es dann über Jhansi weiter zu den Tempeln in Khajuraho, die für ihre Kamasutra-Reliefs bekannt sind (anzügliche Witze gestattet!), und von dort in die heilige Stadt Varanasi am Ganges. Ich werde versuchen, in der Zwischenzeit wiederum das eine oder andere Anekdötchen aus dem an Anekdötchen nicht unbedingt armen Leben eines Indienreisenden zu sammeln, und selbige Euch dann an gleicher Stelle präsentieren.

... night. I kept asking myself...Where is Kaloom? He bought a lovely sweater.

I will miss everyone in Bhopal very much. My clinic staff family. My neighbourhood families. All of the children and families that we worked with. My internet cafe family! SD just said bye.

As the kids said to be on Saturday "Monday you go. Cry and bye. Bye and Cry". Seriously emotional.

Today to is Christmas for some people. Not in Bhopal though... Maybe a dozen ...

... that brief moment. I told him that I had never met my grandfathers, so he was like a grandfather to me. His face is so kind and sweet. His glasses a little foggy, and his smile is perfect. As I shake his soft hands, I want to hold on to them forever. Never let go of this connection.
