    WOOF!...........its 1750 local time and we are sitting in our 5th Floor room (502) in the Hotel Grand "ZVON" in picturesque Cesky Budejovice, South Bohemia. Neddy's mileage shows 825 since leaving Epsom on Thursday. I have used about 2 tanks of petrol so not too bad. Neddy is amongst friends here......no more vicious Audi A8's and horrid Porsche Cayennes but rather ...

    ... distance from Vienna! Arrived in Vienna, got ourselves settled then downstairs to meet the group for a walk to get ourselves orientated! We stopped for a bite to eat at an outside cafe!! It started to sprinkle so the cafe put up awnings between the umbrellas! We walked back to the hotel, had a nightcap then off to bed! Both Lacey and I woke up thinking it was time to get up it was only 1:30!!! ...

    We love this resort so much that we decided to stay another day and night. The photos of Pocatky were taken from a 16th. century bell tower. We were inside at 12 noon but the bells didn't ring. Thank goodness.

    Photo of the time keeper's "nest" are included.

    We both had massages today.

    ... table and even ( good grief ) his loo. He was a devoted family man, and his children's bedrooms and playroom are next door to his bedroom. The family always shared meals when they can, and as the guide assured us effusively, he was an excellent father: super-duper.
