A 4am start and no wind but flat seas. We tried to sail but not enough wind. We motor on making good way and weather seems all good so decide to miss out going to Crotone and head straight for Sicilly another 120 miles as everyone up for another night sail. Boys have a sleep and Sal and Alison take watch, it's so calm Alison even does her gym session in the cockpit. About 5pm things change...... winds get up, seas get lumpy ...

I had my camera, and wanted to take pictures of this town, from a different perspective . But alas, nothing along the shore line even hints of taking a photo. Walking back and forth, from bow to stern, "oooooooing and ahhhhhhing" was a little disturbing as we are trying to eat lunch..... Oh well. Millie always becomes the talk of any harbor she is in. The latter ...

... to expect winds SW 25-30mph, that we would be in for rolling fun. I tried to photograph our rocking horse adventure of B6 and B5, but by the time the seas were at that level, it was not safe to take photos without putting my camera at risk -- what I managed to capture was Beaufort 4. You have to use the scale, and your imagination after that. I was never scared, or afraid just tired of being whipped with saltwater. By the time Marina could get below for my foul weather gear, I ...

Drove into Perugia today. The underground city is blocked off at the moment so we could not visit it. We walked around for a few hours and we went to another old city called Todi. Went shopping and went home to Pablo's I played with Pablo’s microphone and he gave us some drum sticks to play ...
