... food was fine, the service was dreadfully slow. My smoked gouda cheese sandwich was good, the mango lassi appreciably less so. We did not get out of there until over an hour and a half later [400]. Got an a/c sniffle. 5* had a chicken schnitzel [think veal schnitzel ie not Indian]. Nine are coming on the sunrise boat trip.

... the closest airport to the hillside town of Darjeeling. Following the 5 hours of air travel and transit we had a 3 1/2 hour taxi ride up into the mountains. ... Before the dinner started, myself and Rowan put ourselves through some more torture with Lars giving us a hardcore abs session with bonus arm and leg exercises tagged onto the end. It was less than an hour but I'm really feeling it. I hope I will be able to continue a bit of a fitness routine now that I had a bit of a boost. I'll be settling in a helpx position for a while down near chennai so it should be easier.
