So I still walked my ass into town looking for somewhere to watch and have dinner but the town was virtually shut down so everyone could watch the game. They even set up a big screen at the grocery store for the checkers and baggers to sit and watch, rather than checking and bagging. Anyway, I walked back to my outskirts of town, no heat hostel and ...

... the worst happened to the other hikers. They were sharing a waterbottle, and they had finished the first one. Then one asked the other- "Hey, can you get that other one out?" and his friend said "Oh, I thought you had it!". I couldn't help but laugh at them and tell them how lucky that I had my Camelbak which holds plenty of water. And we also knew that there would be water at the end of the hike where we could refill. They had also forgot ...
