Turns out Bariloche is the Fort Lauderdale of Argentina and each year when finishing high school groups from all over the country descend on the town to party. Other than Ross getting a cheeky mooning though they seemed decidedly well-behaved and looked to be getting corralled around on coaches to keep them away from the general population.
