    From Vaduz, we caught an uneventful ride to Feldkirch, a quaint medieval town on the western side of Austria.     ... s bloody hard yakka driving in those conditions - you certainly need your wits about you, which is probably why I found it difficult....
    Cold and very wet here, and snow on the mountains around us, so I think we will press on tomorrow, and try to get further south and away from this weather, and also the daunting prospect of the commencement of school holiday traffic tomorrow afternoon....and no bloody trains....

    ... much worse than a cracked tibia and fibula and torn anterior cruciate ligament. Tim spent two days in the hospital being evaluated and we checked out with him in a splint and on crutches. We'll return to Colorado on Sunday for further evaluation. We hate to end the year on this note! Almost 40,000 miles traveled to 82 cities in 26 countries.
