Zandvoort Beach and Utrecht
... sand. The water was freezing! We played it safe and only stuck our feet in. We lounged around on the beach for a couple of hours. I tried some fried fish from a stand and liked it (I used to hate seafood). I think I'll have to work myself up before I can try the raw Herring, a typical Dutch delicacy.
