    Sidebar: I love the idea of apartments on top of schools. WHAT A BRILLIANT IDEA. People are at work when school is in session, then they come back and have "eyes on the street" when the school is not in session. There is probably great maintenance investment from HOAs or rent.... Whyyy is this not a thing!

    Day 55-

    I decided that I was in no hurry today and slept in. I planned to go to Utrecht which isn't far from Maarssen. I was only in Utrecht briefly last time, and I mostly did just shopping. I wanted to see what it had to offer culturally…though the shopping is really tempting. So, of course, I walked around a few of the shops before I started my museum tour.     ... m sorry I’m not commenting much on the food as I haven’t been able to taste anything since Vienna! I was ok about not tasting this dinner though as my personal taste tester (Ben) said that is wasn’t amazing! After this we had a canal cruise which was all you could drink in 1.5 hours.
