... and I'll work there for maybe 10 days. Food and accommodation is therefore free (wwoof) (World wide opportunities on organic farms) Afterwards I'll return to Budwise for a short time ;) and then I'll continue to PRAGUE!! For maybe 1 month :) So now I'm in the Fér Café enjoying green tea, but I need to leave now. I'm also too lazy to continue writing^^ See you soon :) ...

Day 18 - Our Last Travel Day

Our last travel day (not including tomorrow's long flight home) began at 8:30 after breakfast at the hotel in Prague.

Not too much to report here.

We stopped for a break at the town of Tabor, Czech Republic, where we had about 45 minutes to stretch our legs and grab a coffee. Our last chance to get rid of our Czech Crowns (Money).

From there we completed our trip back to Vienna, Austria, with a stop for lunch along the way.

Jan Hus, was another great figure in history here - he was a priest reformer in the late 1300s. Fighting a Corrupt church, high taxes, hierarchy, Have you heard about the Chalice Warriors, or Hussars - that was him. The church wasn't happy about these ideas and they burnt him at the stake. All the Hussites were killed by Catholic Austrian Hapsburg dynasty. We went down country roads ...

Our final tourist destination for the day was a bridge in Pisek which is the oldest stone bridge in Bohemia. The town itself was a bit of a throwaway, but the wonky old bridge was cool. It wasn’t even straight.
