Na meer dan 8 uur rijden door allerlei baustellen tussen Frankfurt en Neurenberg, ben ik 750km onderweg en bij de camping aangekomen.
Er staan alleen een andere camper uit Duitsland en een Nederlands caravannetje. Ik zet mijn tentje op met uitzicht op het dal en terwijl de zon ondergaat, kook ik een maaltijd op mijn gasstelletje. Verrek, blikopener vergeten. Natuurlijk. Gelukkig wel mijn multitool bij me en met wat extra moeite heb ik zowaar ook champignons door ...

... Bischofsmais fahren um dann von Dort aus nach ??? zu wandern. An dieser Stelle bleibt mir wirklich kaum etwas uebrig, als zu sagen das es eine wunderschoene Gegend ist, die aufjedenfall bewandernswert ist und ich mich etwas aergere nicht mehr Zeit dafuer gehabt zu haben. Achja und das Hoerbuch von den Aerzten (Maenner haben kein Gehirn) ist eine wunderbare Wanderbegleitung.

We head towards Veichtach which is a small town nearby. Here we head to the Krystalmuseum so Daniel can check out their rock collection. We do some shopping and get some food for lunch...pretzels, ice cream and apple streudel serves nicely as a yummy lunch today.

... the English Channel and can see ships and windmill "farms" in the water. The water, sun and clouds make a beautiful view. It's like earth art. The closer we arrive to Munich the more the clouds thicken but it's scattered rainshowers that are called for with cooler weather all week.
