Wonderful gardens, a grotto replica of Lourdes and some more spectacular views of the lake from the side opposite to Carcente. ... and great home made sandwiches for lunch. Back on the car ferry about 2pm and on along the lake to collect a few more groceries. Unfortunately we arrived at 14.45 and had to go for a short drive until 15.00 when the shop reopens after the 'siesta' - can you believe it. Norbert not impressed with this Italian custom !!!
