42kms.... AM - Last night we pulled out the slightly old, well used GPS unit that Tomas gave us in Vienna & decided to give it a try today. He said each days route had been entered into each of two GPS units he gave us. Well fired up one unit this morning, it worked, found today's route, it worked, put it on the bike & set off, it worked!!! Just had to follow the arrow on the compass background and voila, no problems in any little village or crossroad, ...

They host a World Annual blacksmith convention in the old castle (note - Peter Stoncius) and some of their art work is hung around the walls of the castle. The train reeks of dry sweat, body odour, feet and general filth. ...

... to get together, drink some home made liquor, and gossip.

My Uncle, Aunt, and Malgosia also came and I showed everybody a slide-show of pictures from the last two years of my life. Gave the ladies material for the next several get-togethers. They were oo-ing and oh-ing over how grown up my children are and how diverse my students are and how adorable my dog looks. All in all a very successful party.

... The bell would ring no more until morning, meaning my clock was now gone.
In my room, I meditated. I made tea with honey and lemon. I prepared to cook dinner. I grated cheese and got out the butter. I began boiling green bananas on the stove.
Just in case I'd turned on the wrong burner, I was very careful around the stove. In fact, I did turn the wrong nob at first - an unfamiliar nob that had something to ...
