Athens...where do I begin with this place? It is definitely not what I thought it would be like, although you definitely feel like you are in a different country when you are there. We were staying in a hotel, which was pretty nice, although it was not in the best part of town. There is a very stylish room as you come out of the gym area where people who use the Gym, the pool and spa as well as the beauty centre can choose from a variety of fresh juice, have some coffee or get a fruit from one of the three baskets that are found on the ale bench of the bar. What a nice spot to hydrate, and have some chat with other members!

... churches on every corner. There are orange trees blooming all over town. There is a lot of graffiti everywhere, and Athens does seem to have a bit of a ruff edge, but I think it just adds to it. We found a great restaurant that looked straight out of a greek movie and since it was Friday during lent they made us these traditional pizza-like pitas stuffed with cheese and tomatoes on the barbeque.
