      Back to the centre via an interesting assortment of streets, Prinsestraat being a tribute to a bygone era of shopping under a glass ceiling. By the time we'd had a few more detours -interesting looking architecture, it was quite dark when we finally returned to the station.

      ... sold lots of different types of flour in big traditional sacks. It felt like stepping back in time. After walking for so long, I was very relieved to soon come across a tramline.       ... morning as we'd planned, we ended up having pancakes at the pier and saying a proper goodbye to everyone there. Eventually we said our goodbyes and headed back to mine, i hung my washing out, packed a bag for the long weekend and headed to Marlina's place.
