The next morning I was unsure of when to wake up as Gourav had told me to meet him at 11 but I was woken up at random intervals from 6-9 - Deaf people aren't renowned for their ability to stay quiet in the mornings, so ended ...

... Both knowing when and knowing how much. The exchange rate is presently about 60 Rupees to the dollar, which tells you that a Rupee is not very much. But it goes a long way in India. On Monday, I hired a car and driver to take me to an ancient city called Mandu, which is about two hours southwest of Indore. The cost for the car and driver was 1,800 Rupees or $30.00.
