      ... by Venizelos. It was very interesting. All sorts of Cretan products on display.

      We then walked to the Church of the Virgin Mary. This is the main church of Chania. It is quite small in side but very pretty. After our visit to the church, Dennis and I walked back to the ship. We have walked at least 2 miles every day and sometimes as many as four.

      ... I have had this trip.  it was a wider pasta noodle and you could taste and feel the freshness as you bit into it.  Fresh tomatoes, big mushrooms, chicken and pancetta in a tomato sauce.  That was just what the doctor ordered - with half a bottle of red wine.  Overall, it has been an amazing day, and I can't help but pause with graditude and reflect how blessed I am to have the means, the support and the time to be on this journey.      ...

      ... besides wandering through the streets. One residential street had some amazing Venetian doors. Here and there were archeological digs still going on (where funds allow!).
