Going to see the falls of Karuizawa with Eri-chan. Water falls like strings, so some people call them the noodles strings fall or something like that. After we go for lunch, Italian restaurant. I was smelling the garlic while entering to the resto, so wanted to get pasta with a sauce containing garlic... That was in fact the case of all food haha. Even the salad. With that I took a red roses tea ^^ Petite visite ...

... wrong side of the train from the best views so couldn't film it. Matsumoto is famous in japan for its castle and as people who have travelled with me before know, I like castles! This one is your typical Japanese style castle, with 5 tiers, all of which you could access. Luckily the weather was still improving and now most of the grey cloud had been replaced by blue sky meaning I managed to get some better photos. I then visited ...

Today I headed off North to Nagano on a morning bullet train from Tokyo. I will be using Nagano as a base for visiting other locations over my 2 day stay here due to its ease of commuting back to Tokyo. This all went to plan thanks to the helpful people in the information ...

... 2.04pm Shinkansen back to Nagano. We then took an old fashion bus to Zonkoji Temple. Owen left soon after and we were left to fend for ourselves. It was an easy 1.7Km walk downhill back to the hotel, supposedly.

We went around the gardens first and that took quite a while as it was quite large. The hordes of Japanese or more than likely, Chinese tourists, had already left by that stage and we could ...

... We were then driven back to hotel for breakfast at 7.30am. Bags out at 8.30am to be delivered for us to a baggage collection centre at Shinano-Omachi.

We caught the train at Unazuki Onsen to go Tateyama. From there, we caught a cable car to Bijodaira which meant "beautiful woman". Then it was a bus to Murado, which was about the highest point that we could go at 2450m. We stayed there for a little while as ...
