I am already awake quite early. The rest of the people is already out of bed and it is very light because of the lack of curtains. We couldn't get any breakfast in the hostel so we drove up to the legendary 7Eleven to get something. It is still early if we decide to leave to the Blue Pond. I have no clue what we will see today, but I just let Momo drive where he wants to. One of the guys from the hostel is joining us ...

Momo and I went away for the weekend to Furano what is located more in land of Hokkaido. The world turns completely green after leaving Obihiro. Obihiro is surrounded by a beautiful mountain range. Momo takes the more scenic routes to drive to Furano instead of the motorway. It all looks amazing and the views are stunning! We stop on the top of the mountain to take some pictures from the viewpoint.

Furano is just a scenic 2,5 ...

In the afternoon we did shorter runs through soft powder until the pain made us stop for the day Hot bath with beer to finish off the ...

As just a visitor, it is more or less a all in one store selling all cheese and its related products. I would have bought stuff, if only they didn't need refrigeration. The ice milk cafe serves amazing ice milk (ice cream).
We commenced the long drive ...

Started driving from Asahikawa. OUr first stop was Flowerland. It was drizzling when we reached flower land so we took the tractor ride - 300 yen per person. Overpriced for a relatively small flower farm. But it suited us since it was drizzling and we did not want to walk around the flower farm in the rain. The lavender soft ice cream was delicious though. Next ...
