    With some guidance from Ines, the girls and the boys were split up to make the pebre (a salsa dip) and ceviche respectively. The mejas with parmesan was a combined effort with all four opening and cleaning the razors before filling them with butter, garlic, wine and cream, and smothering them in grated parmesan.     ... again. This time I was aiming for something higher; another roof! The trouble is I had to climb a fence to get to it with an animal skin in tow. This might sound straightforward but the almost living animal skin was a metre by a metre and a half large and not only was I trying to escape falling and breaking my neck but I was also trying to minimise contact with it and avoid animal matter shedding onto my head.     ... evening with amazing wine too. After dinner we went to the casino, Vina has a very large one for its richer holiday makers. It was expensive to play 1000 peso chips (over £1) minimum bet on the roulette and 7000 peso (about £8) minimum per hand at black jack. Steve quickly lost 30,000 on the Roulette but won 50,000 on the black jack table ending up 20,000 up so about £25, not a bad night after all. Kerry only had a small bet won and ...
