... stops. We set up camp right outside of a circus and funny enough we ended up meeting one of the clowns in the show. Since we knew the entertainment we decided to go to the Circus the next day.

The next day went off without a hitch! The mechanic serviced our car and fixed the muffler, we saw the movie Metro 123, and finished the night off at Ronaldo's Circus. David was fun but it was time to get back to the beach!

David, Panama cmedancing... surrounded us. If that wasn't
enough, soon Dolphins were jumping in the distance. With a slight
change of direction, we headed their way. It always amazes me how much
dolphins love to play. They swam beside our boat, almost close enough
to touch, surfacing and diving for almost 15 minutes. The biologist
jumped in to play, but the dolphins weren´t interested.

Along the way our driver flagged down a passing fishing boat. We
pulled up next ...
David, Panama noreen2837... be the death of me one day. Stephen carried on going after I had called out, "go on save yourselves" huffing and puffing all the way. He kindly provided us with a nice cold can of Balboa beer when Al calmly reached the top and I wheezed my way to the patio area. I dont know why I paid all that money to go to the gym to prepare for this trip. Nothing can prepare you for those bloody hills!

We signed up to do the Organic Coffee tour the next day, for which Mike ...
David, Panama mardow... to get them going a bit, but near the end of our ride, both Scott and I were feeling it in our knees….because we’re OLD!!!! : )

After our ride we went into town and had some lunch at the local creperie owned by a french couple with some really delicous crepes, but our eyes were bigger than our stomachs and so we had some to take home. We also did some shopping around the town, which in reality consists of about 4 shops ...
Boquete, Panama scotthumphrey... anyhow quite easy) and the way was anyhow taking a funny direction. We started being nervous, because it was long as we had thought, and we were not sure that was the right way, because of the direction it had taken. Suddenly, it started to rain cats and dogs. It was just 12:00, usually it starts later to rain. I have to say I was enjoying the way, even if I was feeling worried because I had taken them there, and I think Marcus was already hating me. We knew the way ...
Boquete, Panama ncirauqu... was the second time in recent memory that I have ever been travel sick) I went off to find the bus station so I could book the tickets for our onward journey to David, Panama.

I went to the bus terminal, which according to my guidebook I would find a ticket office for trips to Panama, but of course it was the wrong station and I was directed by the guy behind the counter to take a taxi across town to another station. Of course that taxi driver dropped me off ...
David, Panama shanemilli... a nice boy whose made his own business helping tourists figure out how to cross. We definitely appreciated his help and rewarded his entreprenuership). From there it was a quick jump to David and a very loud and crammed bus ride to Boquete (complete with loud music, flashing lights, and feathered boas). We were greeted by Pancho who just happened to be the owner of the hostel that we wanted to stay at. He very enthusiasticly showed us his hostel and gave us advice on how to get ...
Boquete, Panama lindseyj... a fond farewell to the bubbly, if not slightly ditsy host, Jean. That evening we went to the local 'Fish Fry', a casual bbq party on the harbour where locals and tourists alike chat over Rum Bubba cocktail or two, some tasty food, whilst the reggae music pumps out and the sunsets in the distance. We left early to make the ferry back to Nassau, leaving the fliockering lights and muffled laughter behind us. Back at Nassau we explored more of its town, its watertower, fort ...
David, Panama markandchar... connections there. I also have a new friend with an unbelievable hydroponic operation where I buy my fresh lettuces and herbs. When I *****ed about not being able to get kale anywhere, she said, "I've got seed. I'll grow it if you buy it." She has no idea how much I love kale. She won't be able to keep up with my demand but I told her to go ahead and get to growin' it. Okay, okay, okay....I know....I on the food topic again. I'll stop. But I feel so incredibly fortunate to be ...
Boquete, Panama roamingjodi... the 70s. Whoa! That was an eyeful I hope I quickly forget. I'm not going to be making the cover of GQ anytime soon, and I'm all for being proud of what God gave you, but there is a line in the sand that should never be crossed, and she's firmly set up shop on the wrong side of that line. On the hike back, we saw some cool national geographic stuff. A red winged beetle chasing around a grey tarantula-like spider. The spider has the reach, and is 5 times the ...
