... spent a lovely afternoon wandering the streets listening to the buskers, many of whom were pipers and bagpipers. Some sort of demonstration was going on at one one stage. No idea what it was about as I couldn't read the placards but I suspect it was something about conservation of the river. The rain came down that evening so after dinner spent the evening writing with an Irish coffee in the cosy lounge of Hotel Rias Bajas. What a tough life ...

... it sorted. Son had it wrong, he thought we were another couple and when he saw which booking he was happy - must only have one room with single beds and we had made it clear when booking it must be single beds!
