Lungomare di Sabaudia, Km 29.800 Sabaudia, Lazio, Italy, 04016, 0773-515775
We arrived in Rome at 7:30 (12:30 CT). We rode on a bus for about an hour and a half to get to Sabaudia. We checked into our room and took a nap. After we woke up we walked to the town of Sabaudia which is about a mile away from our hotel. Every shop was closed because they take a ciestia from 1 until 4. We got money at the ATM and walked back to the hotel. We watched the sun go down over the ocean and the moon come up behind us. We had dinner with Bev and Steve from Seattle, Washington area....
Rome, Lazio, Italy triplebBreakfast each morning is a spread of fruit, breads, pastries, yogurt, and cheeses. We can help ourselves to anything from 7:30 - 10:00 in the morning. Morning services were in Italian and we had to use headphones to hear it in English. The sermonette was given by Vincenzo Alfieri and he covered faith, confidence, and hope. The sermon was given by Carmelo Anastasi and he spoke on how God wants us to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. We sat with a group of seven other young adults during lunch. W...
Sabaudia, Lazio, Italy triplebWe had to get up early for choir practice. Church services were given in English again today. Dan Berendt gave a sermonette about gentleness. David Evans asked us "Are you ready?" Lunch was chicken with mashed potatoes and dinner was fish with stewed potatoes. Dessert was fruit and gelato (ice cream). Before dinner we walked into town with Kristine. We stopped at a few stores and bought some snacks to take home with us. When we got back to our hotel we went to the spa and relaxed before dinner.

... and he knows and is known by everyone. My cousins and their families still live in Cori.
Within a half-hour drive from Cori, one reaches the bigger cities of Aprilia and Latina, that have much shopping and open markets. The beaches at Anzio or less than an hour away. Unfortunately, we did not go to the beach even if it was sunny and hot the 3 days we spent in Cori.
Today we were off to Cori to take a tour of an Olive Oil factory. But of course plans change all the time in Italy. We headed towards the gardens of Nimfa that are on the way to Cori but we got lost for about 30 minutes lol. Once we were there we ended up having to wait for our guide to come back since we were late. Eventually we headed into the gardens though. Because of the humidity and the ...

In the centre of the medieval quarter is the ancient Cathedral of San Erasmo. The church was consecrated in 1106 and has a beautiful bell tower. Here there are many attractive buildings, mansions and palaces with arched doorways and a tangle of narrow, winding alleys and stairways.

Along the coast there are numerous sandy beaches, some of which are secluded and rather select, namely: Capovento, Sant'Agostino, San Vito, Arenauta, Scissure, Ariana, Quaranta Remi, Fontania, and Serapo.

Sabaudia, Lazio, Italy tripleb... itself (the city) is not much of a looker; very touristy yet at the moment quite empty. The surrounding area though is gorgeous. South of the city lies a large sea side park which harbors beautiful plant life along sandy dunes. In the distance loom the Napoli mountains and not far from the coast are a few marines and lakes. One of these lakes runs across the outskirts of Sabaudia.
