... sun so we just grabbed a taxi.

At the checkin there was not a lot happening...still we lined up and got our boarding tickets and waited for the first bus number 20! The bus took us to the port with all our luggage hauled on.

At the pier, again not much happening. Customs didn't open until 6:30!! If we had have known, we could have prepared a bit better. So being early, Draz headed back to the city to shop!!!

We caught a ferry with our car from Split to Ancona, at 8pm. The ferry took 10.5hours. We had our own cabins with beds and a shower. There were restaurants and cafes on the ferry and we watched the World Cup. We arrived in Ancona, a city in Central Italy at 7.30am.
