After the 10-hour ride to Yogyakarta (pronounced Jogjakarta) we got dropped off in a hostel central area and saw about 7 different hostels within 5 minutes. None with bathrooms bigger than a "breadbox". Behind the bird market there are the remnants of an old palace (not sure how old) that was ruined in an earthquake, but the cool part was climbing to the top and having a bit of an overview of the city.
