Den Nachmittag verbrachten wir mit einem Spaziergang durch die Stadt und mit einer gemütlichen Kaffeepause. Obwohl Flavia zehn Jahre älter ist als ich, verstanden wir uns auf Anhieb super und führten spannende Gespräche. Sie war im 2010 für einen Monat in der Schweiz, um ihren Bruder zu besuchen, und so hatten wir viel Gesprächsstoff.

It had been a great few days down in Mar del Plata spending time with friends. It was a little sad that all of us went our separate ways but I know that we will continue to keep in contact.
So back In BA for a night before heading off to Sao Paulo to catch up with most of my Brazilian friends. It’s the last few weeks in South America for me so I’ve got to make the most of it.

This was not a fancy establishment, so it seemed like we were the only tourists there and we really enjoyed the atmosphere, the singing and clapping at favourite parts of the songs. Running the Gauntlet to Mar del Plata
... built in the early 1900s. It's a beautiful old building with high ceilings and long wide hallways and has the Grand Casino in it as well. Our room looks over the central beach with big windows that open up to the sea air, quite a contrast to the tight quarters in BA. The service is fantastic as well, friendly helpful staff everywhere.
