Good location for a train traveler not too far from the old city. Good service.

As we had checked out the train stn. yesterday and purchased our tickets (8 euros) we were feeling confident all was well. Ha! It is across the river from the historic downtown and the park we visited yesterday. On our way we saw parts of the Teatro Romano (an ancient ...

... center of the city. There was an outdoor market and many shops and restaurants. This was probably one of the most beautiful piazza's I've seen because of the historic buildings that were painted. After this we wandered around to no particular place; that always seems to work out best for us. We found quite a few churches and a park right alongside the river.
