      Good location for a train traveler not too far from the old city. Good service.

      Vandaag een heel korte rit van Bardolino naar Veroma.
      Dit is eigenlijk meer te beschouwen als een rustdag. Vanmorgen vroeg vertrokken en de 35 km afgeraffeld.
      In de wirwar van straten en met behulp van Google maps het hotel redelijk snel gevonden al blijft de dame links zeggen als het gebouw toch echt rechts staat.

      ... and I went to the grocery store to buy food I walked out holding our bag of food and heading back to the hostel, karly came up behind me and tried to take the bag so I wouldn't have to carry it, unfortunately I didn't see her and I toghtened my grip and went to turn around and fight her for it thinking someone was trying to steal our food! Haha guess I was a little paranoid.... We tagged along with an elderly lady from Florida from our hostel in Naples ...

      ... The main square in the old city is called Piazza Bra, and in the middle of the square is the ancient arena which was built in the roman times. The Arena (or amphitheatre) has 72 aisles, is 466 by 400 feet long/wide, and could originally hold over 25,000 people (that was when it was a third taller than it is now).
