I was woken at 5.00am by noise from deliveries in the courtyard outside the hotel, I am not sure if they were delivering to the hotel or to the shops under the hotel, anyway it's a city centre hotel so it's bound to happen, I tried to get back to sleep but no chance so I put tv on and watched BBC world news, all doom and gloom as usual. The first thing you come across is the gift shop, unusual as its when you get to the end of the tour at most places, I didn't stop to look and went up to the displays, the first area is a new layout being constructed, it has a notice on it saying Italy and Rome and should be open later this year, it gives you a good insight into how it's all put together.
