Our night on the boat was comfortable. I was worried that we might be too cold but we were both actually too hot. It was a bit weird sleeping in bunk beds even though we were not in a dorm. I was on the top bunk, as usual. The buffet breakfast this morning was pretty awesome. We filled up on everything they had to offer and I may or may not have taken a pancake to go for snack later.

Awoke early to sounds of what appeared to be crushing ore above us (turned out to be track maintenance), packed up tent and walked up to reception before the midges woke up and ate us alive (we put midge nets on just in case they were awake). ... Swedish nighttime snack: blueberry tea or hot chocolate with honey, and Kanelbullar, small Swedish cinnamon rolls. They are absolutely delicious and perfect to eat on cold, rainy days (like today!). I am getting the recipe and making them as soon as I get home!
