    ... in the Route 66 train stop in an actual train car! Then we were on the road again and saw some strange weather phenomenon like a random rain storm about 1/4 mile wide in the middle of the desert and a dust devil which looked like a mini tornado whirling up a deserted road.     ... would normally have been difficult, but as we only saw a car every 30 minutes it wasn't too much of an issue! The drive was stunning though, with untouched scenery as far as the eye could see, and then passing some old western style ranches.
