      ... homemade beer which they was selling to us in the bar .
      I acedently ordered the table the wrong drinks .... we ended up with a METRE or largr on the table in stead on a litre .
      next I then ordered a 5 litre TOWER of beer which was delivered to the table and stood approx. ,, 5 foot above the table ..

      That was quite a long flight! The time difference has me confused about the length of the flight, but here in Germany it is just before noon on April 14th. I had a good time, in spite of the long plane ride. I watched Interstellar for part of it, read my Bill Nye book, and reflected a bit. And when we landed, I got my first passport stamp!       Frankfurt was hot, in the mid-30's, so lingering in our non-AC-equipped hotel room any longer than necessary was not an option.       ... of flight ahead of me and once again, tried to settle as best as I could in my seat. Better yet, it was comforting just knowing that this was my last flight and that I was now heading directly to Bangkok in Thailand.
