After 4 hours rest at Mels place, we set off for Sydney Domestic Airport at 3:30am. Flew 3hrs to Cairns and then 7hrs to Narita Airport In Tokyo! Arrived in TOKYO!!! Caught express train to Shibuya and arrived at Kanas accommodation at 9:30pm. Explored the nightlife in Shibuya and went to a nice small ramen eatery. The ramen was huge and delicious and only $8AUD!! Bought some groceries from some stores and went back to the room to retire for the night ...

We didn't get to our hotel until about 10pm last night so we ducked out quickly to get some dinner and then went to bed. We're about to go out now for our first daylight adventure. A short train back to the hotel, a quick shower and we were off to yet another great club dinner.
Tomorrow we`re off to Nagoya by Shinkansen train, which we bought tickets for today.

We showed our kids the building (but didn't go inside) and talked to a lady that was coming out of the "International Kids School" that was now on the ground floor. Boy i would have been so much nicer if Tanja could have worked there instead of the school that was 1 1/2 hours by train that she worked at when we lived here. We decided to take the kids to the new theme park that was ...

... just have a bunch of colorful, interesting products for sale. We went there so I could by a tote. On the way to the cashier, we found a bowl full of tiny baby figures... Check out my photo! It's really creepy...

And then we wondered around a bit, went to pick up my brother's pants, and had some gelato. It was a pretty good day and I got my exercise done through shopping... haha. I really need to start running ...
