... the cost (1200 yen for a dinner that is effectively a hamburger) so it's back to convenience store bentos and onigiri for me. Stocked up, I caught the last bus back to the hostel at 4:30 (my major complaint would be it seems really early for the last bus to be at 4:30, especially as lots of people would like to stay for sunset). ... sadly the nature paths were closed because of "dangerous" something or other. I really don't know why. Maybe the gases being emitted from the 'bokke' and the other hot spots was too toxic.
