... standing at the tram stop in a largely immigrant neighbourhood. To say I looked out of place would be an understatement, and I felt like I was being stared at until I got to the residence. I wondered how I'd get in. Would I be asked to show ID? Would I have to buzz? What was going to happen? We found a couple of churches on our walk one of them the main cathedral St Michaels, the burger masters must have been pretty competitive with the church of the time because the spire of the Town Hall is much higher than the main Cathedral, it is also much more decorative and larger.

It's incredible how interconnected and interdependent the countries of Europe are today thanks to the EU. It definitely makes travelling a lot easier! After seeing the Royal Palace and Palais du Justice, I take the metro to the Atomium, Brussels' version of the Eiffel Tower. It's located out in the suburbs and the area was mostly deserted when I got there. ...
