... really informative, but there was a lot of history. During the tour the guide kept talking about Belgium waffles (not tourist waffle) and Belgium fries (not French). During the break in the tour we set off to find some fries, we then met up with three Aussies Gareth, Ruth and Steven. They were also on the hunt for fries. It took us more than the allocated break time to find so we decided to ditch the tour and hangout and discover Brussels together.

It seems like every street you walk down in the tourist areas you'll notice several waffle makers. No, I don't mean the metal waffle iron. Waffle vendors. I had to have one. They had about 20 different choices. I picked a waffle with strawberries, whipped cream and Nutella chocolate sauce drizzle on top. Hungry yet?
