... ettei! Käydään vetämässä pienet Karaokesessiot Tokiossa ja tullaan sitten viimeisellä luotijunalla tuhannen örvelöissä takaisin Osakaan. :-) Toimii!

Suunnattiin siis ensimmäiseksi aamulla Shin-Osakan aseman lipputiskille varaamaan sunnuntaiksi meno-paluulippuja Tokioon. Hiukan nosti kylmää hikeä, että miten tästä varaushommasta Japaniksi oikein selviän, mutta ihan mainiosti meni. No problemos. Tai silleen oli kyllä problemos, että olin ihan sulaa vahaa taas n ...

... niin täytyy koittaa pitää laukut tiukasti selässä, ettei käy kuten viimeksi! Ei kuitenkaan ollut tänään samaa henkilöä ja hotellin esitetelineet ja miespolon selkä säilyi täten ehjänä. :-) Viimeksi saatiin tosi pieni huone, mutta nyt napsahti oikein kunnon jättipotti ja Japanin mittaluokassa tosi komean kokoinen on tämä huone. Aamiaiset kuuluu hintaan ja kivasti ikkunasta näkyy vielä ohi kiitävät luotijunat, ei voi valittaa!

... went to go find a postcard. Upon going down the 2nd escalator, I received a BBM (BlackBerry Messenger) from Christie... 'COME BACK!!!!!!!!!' Can you imagine? This must be serious, they must be on a train that departs any second. I must sprint and go meet them or else I will never make it to the ship, never make it to Hawaii, and be dismissed from the Semester at Sea program. SO... I turn around and start sprinting up the escalator. Realizing I am not making much progress ...

... trip worth it! When we came out we noticed that across the street was a store called "Home's" and it looked suspiciously like our version of Home Depot....hmmmm..... Seeing as how we now had all of our lovely goodies we didn't stop to check it out but maybe someday we will venture in there. We went back home very satisfied and look forward to our next trip to the wonderful land of COSTCO.

I woke up this morning to a downpour, and realised that I had lost my umbrella somewhere along the way. It was raining so heavily that I almost considered skipping Himeji Castle. It was only a brief thought though; I have been looking forward to the castle for some time.
