Very nice receptionists and a good location. The room is what you might expect from the hotel of this standard.

This is a simple hotel, with simple rooms, with a simple breakfast, that will do job.

On our way to the cathedral we dropped in to ...

In the plaza by the duomo, I got assaulted by some guy with string bracelets. He rudely grabbed my wrist and started putting one on, so I pulled back and threw his bracelet back at him. I know this trick- they tie it on you and then say you owe them money for it. *Alternately, their friend pickpockets you while you deal with them. I tried ...

... modern decor and apartment. ... We went to dinner at about 8.30 pm at a restaurant in the centre of town. It was a lovely Italian place and I had parpadelle with mushroom and zucchini shavings. It was nice but not brilliant. As the dish cooled it lost its flavour. Afterwards we walked the streets nearby through an area Alessandro told us was new. It was like a mall with a few skyscrapers at one end. There aren't many skyscrapers in Milan. The streets ...
