We were all in a rush to get out the door so I forgot my phone and soph her iPad so I don't have many pics but believe me, if I had my camera, phew! First up was a glass blowing demonstration followed by shopping then We headed to Venice for some free time. We shopped for some souvenirs and then met ...

I do not know what the hooha is about Sorrento, don't get me wrong, it was nice, with its narrow winding street and the shops all geared at the mighty tourist dollar....but.....? Still beautiful, amazing architecture, really had an awe about it as most European churches and most churches in general ...

... and smile at the way they've all worked and lasted and served so well, but it's a bitter-sweet victory, I want them all to keep on going on with their clever little myriad jobs for a good bit longer. There's been some attrition along the way - water bottles, hats, shirts, shoes, the iPad, the GPS, cutlery, a bikini, a plate, a towel, some bowls, a pillow,a rain cover, three air mattresses, some sunglasses, toys, books, and who knows what else. Some rubber off ...

    Flight to Venice

... airport to get luggage and go. Karl quickly figures out water bus service and we make our way over. An it's hot! So hot! Lol We get on a boat with a few others and a 45 minute ride later we arrive. With all of our luggage walking beside the canal. Now I feel so foolish to bring all this stuff! I've truly worn one pair of shoes and one purse. * note to self, stop trying to be so fashionable and just ...
