... br> We were told to order “Red Red Wine” in the bar, which we only gave a score of “One in Ten”, and to top it off they had “A Rat in the Kitchen”. But it turned out the bar was owned by the drummer of the band UB40 – so that explained everything!
So another 193 miles further away from home and another new place to explore. Cheap and sunny, we are really enjoying Croatia.
After a very good night’s sleep under our mozzie net and a lazy breakfast on our sunny terrace overlooking the bay, we headed down to the local market to buy some fresh food for dinner. What a fantastic market they have in Rovinj – bundles of fresh fruit, vegetables and salad, fresh fish and meat. And so cheap too – our shopping cost no more than £5.50! ...
... and deaf so didn’t hear our cries whilst it basked in the sunshine – Phew!
Low and behold as we were eating dinner on our terrace the ‘dead’ cat then walked around the corner and looked very sorry for itself! Clearly old and a little unloved he had various bald patches over its body making him look like he was wearing a very cheap fur coat on top with furry black boots on his feet and his limbs were also ...
We have been busy floating abroad over the last week or so with little amounts of internet to update with photos.
Anyone who has one of us on Facebook has been kept quite up to date with a few daily photos also!

... our car on a make shift parkinglot and walked down to the beach. We walked by a cute little harbor. Of course the water was cold but refreshing. Erwin managed to spot a couple of fish without snorkling gear. He actualy managed to take a picture of it!
After we dried up we went back to the car. Our next place was Vrbnik. You had wonderful views and beautiful bays and tiny little streets where hardly a car ...
