    ... the 23/24 June.

    We visited a good crag out at Elda which faces south east which meant we could get out there at about 4pm and climb in the shade until it got dark.

    The coastal area also has a number of salt marshes and bird reserves. Managed to see some different birds including a Glossy Ibis and Whiskered Turn but was too hot and the wrong time of year to see much more.

    ... area climbs up to over 400 metres from the plain along a narrow twisty road. Thankfully we didn't meet any other large vehicles, another good reason for getting a small van.
