    ... to eat and then jump back on the bike. I had a soft yoghurt - with a little chocolate drizzled on top. Very refreshing and all that I needed.

There are two taps, one to regulate the temperature of the water and the other to select w here the water will be dispensed from. I have never seen a shower like this, nor have I had the pleasure of showering in one. I can tell you that it was great. Looking forward to my early next shower!
